Facing Challenges and Finding Success
When Louise became unemployed due to illness and changes in the economy in 2009, she was referred to
JobWave.
Louise faced barriers to employment because she did not have full access to a vehicle and could not always
afford bus fare. The increased stress from living on a small income exacerbated her health issues and made an
