As one of Canada’s most successful employment programs, JobWave’s aim is to help income-assistance recipients in British Columbia achieve their full potential with individualized support services.

JobWave is delivered by WCG International HR Solutions, a Canadian subsidiary of Providence Service Corporation, in partnership with the B.C. Ministry of Housing and Social Development and more than 300 community-based service providers.

The program’s success has reached over 200 communities across the province, changing the lives of thousands, strengthening economies and paving the way for a brighter future for all British Columbians.
