Delivered by WCG International HR Solutions under the framework of British Columbia's Employment Program, JobWave's mission is to help income-assistance recipients develop life and work skills and move successfully along the employment continuum.

JobWave is available to income-assistance recipients who are approved for the program by the B.C. Ministry of Social Development. All B.C. employers are welcome to access JobWave’s HR services.

JobWave is delivered by WCG International HR Solutions under the framework of the B.C. Employment Program, funded by the Ministry of Social Development. WCG, a Victoria-based company, is a wholly-owned Canadian subsidiary of Providence Service Corporation.
