What is JobWave?
JobWave is one of Canada's most successful employment programs. Delivered by WCG
International HR Solutions under the framework of British Columbia's Employment
Program, JobWave's mission is to help income-assistance recipients develop life
and work skills and move successfully along the employment continuum.

Who is eligible for JobWave?
JobWave is available to income-assistance recipients who are approved for the program
by the B.C. Ministry of Social Development. All B.C. employers are welcome
to access JobWave’s HR services.
How is JobWave funded?

At JobWave, we specialize in assisting individuals who are facing multiple barriers
to employment by giving them the training, resources and support they need to overcome
their obstacles to success. We also help employers access a hidden pool of talent and grow their teams.

Where is JobWave delivered?
JobWave is delivered in over 200 communities across British Columbia and provides
itinerant services in outlying areas and for people with mobility issues. See our

How can I be referred to JobWave?
If you are receiving income assistance from the Ministry of Social Development,
you may be eligible for the JobWave program. Talk to your MHSD worker today about how
to get started!
